 There are many details that go into planning your special event. Heartsong offers you professional, reliable, and quality entertainment at a reasonable price. We want you to be 100% satisfied, and more importantly, we want you to be delighted (and we expect that you will be), so we give the following guarantee to every customer

·         As professional entertainers and mobile Disc Jockeys, we will always give 100% to ensure your reception is just what YOU want, from the handpicked music and vocals to ensuring that your event flows smoothly as we guide your guests through the fantasy you have worked so hard to create. We will cover every detail, leaving nothing to chance.

·         You will receive a personal entertainment consultation carefully covering all the details of your occasion. The consultation will be held prior to the event. If we cannot meet in person, we will do so by phone/fax/email. This allows us to organize and personalize your gathering in advance, and prevents the headaches of having to make last minute decisions at the event. 

·         We will use only professional sound equipment. Your party will NEVER have to end early due to equipment failure. Our main speakers are elevated on stands to project the sound above the crowd, not into them. Proper speaker placement allows coverage of a large area without having to use high volume levels. Our equipment is rack mounted, professionally boxed and appears attractive. During cocktails and dinner we play music softly enough so that guests can carry on conversations without having to shout. When it's time to dance, the music volume is increased.

·         We will arrive on time! Our sound system will be set up and sound checked before your guests arrive.

·         We are always available to discuss details of your event by telephone, fax, or email. We will give you our cell phone numbers so that you can quickly reach us in case of an emergency

·         All staff will be dressed appropriately whether that entails formal, semi-formal or casual. If you are having a party with a theme, a costume may be the proper attire. Whatever the event, we will dress appropriately. There is never an added fee for formal attire.

·         We will always be friendly, open, and respectful to guests, clients, and any other professional staff at the event.

·         We will conduct ourselves professionally. We will treat you and your guests with professional courtesy.
